There’s nothing better than a fresh bowl of guacamole! Guacamole has so many tasty uses:
- A dip for chips or veggies;
- Sandwich spread;
- Dress up your avocado toast;
- Add to your morning eggs; and last, but not least,
- Good old fashion taco topper.
Who has time for all the chopping and mixing? You can make a delicious guacamole in 3 easy steps.
Mash up a fresh avocado. Pick an avocado with darker skin that has a little give when squeezed. If there’s no give that means it’s not ripe, too much give and it’s overripe.
Squeeze in some fresh lime juice. You can add as little or as much as you like.
Sprinkle in some Tastefully Simple Onion Onion Seasoning. This contains a nice blend of garlic, onion, sea salt and peppers. It’s the perfect guacamole spice blend. You’ll have plenty left over for future recipes. You can use this in pretty much any recipe that call for onions. I used it in my meatloaf the other day because I didn’t feel like chopping up onions, lol.

Here’s our batch from this weekend. I am happy to say it didn’t last long. 🙂
